Why we stay local
ECA Electrix started in 2021 doing what most local Bankstown-area sparkies do — a bit of everything, everywhere. We've since pulled the service area right in to twelve suburbs around Bankstown 2200: Condell Park, Yagoona, Bass Hill, Chullora, Greenacre, Punchbowl, Revesby, Padstow, Panania, Milperra and Picnic Point.
That is not a marketing choice. It is the only way to actually pick up the phone at 11pm on a Wednesday and be on someone's doorstep by midnight. It also means we genuinely know the housing stock — the streets full of 1960s ceramic-fuse boards, the newer three-phase knockdown-rebuilds, the shop strips along Faraday Road and Punchbowl Road, the granny-flat corridors through Greenacre.
We do 24/7 emergency callouts, switchboard upgrades, EV charger installs, hardwired CCTV, and everyday repairs — and we do them on-site in a single visit wherever the parts on the van allow it. Anything that touches the network side (consumer mains, meter panel, service line) is Level 2 work, so we coordinate a licensed Level 2 ASP for that portion. Everything is tested and left compliant, with compliance paperwork provided as required.
